To reduce ths system cost, an optional solution would be to have the picking gantry robot replaced by SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS which is a robot with a payload up to 15kg and suitable for injection molding machine from 550T ~ 1000T. It's also possible to be upgraded to an 5 axis sero injection robot with the pneumatic posture replaced by an A/C servo posture for complex application.
