High Performance Side Entry IML Robot

In the just finished InterPlas Thailand 2024, YIZUMI show cased turn-key IML solutions of 2 cavities 1L pails with handle assembly buy its P280, the 3^rd generation of YIZUMI high speed hydraulic injection molding machine for thin-wall containers.

The high light of the system is to have the handles and the pails integrated into the same mold so the robot will be able to finalize the assembly of the handle and pails immediately after IML labeling of the pails. This solution perfectly solved the problem of frequent blockage of the handles which will happen in an off line pails and handle assembly system and insrease the production efficiency.

As a turn-key IML solution, YIZUMI well optimized the cooperating between the injection molding machine, the mold and the IML robot to maximize the production efficiency.
