SWITEK finished the in house testing of two cavities juice extractor cover top entry IML system for the production of juice extractor covery by the technology of IML.

The new system is an economic solution for thick wall products IML production. A top entry IML system is only suitable for a low speed system. Because a top entry IML system request that the 3 axis servo robot to do all the label picking, inserting, parts picking and droping of an IML system, it'll request a much longer in mold time compared to its counter part.
