Ningbo LK Technology Co., Ltd. in house testing of their new Forza two-platen injection molding machine in production of 20L bucket with Yangsen side entry IML Robot.

With more flexibility in the mold opening stroke, two platen injection molding machine is an ideal choice for deep cavity parts IML production. In this case LK chose a double-size in mold labeling solution which the IML robot will insert the label and pick the bucket simultaniously but will request a much larger injection molding machine. An economic subsitution would be a two-step IML solution wich will do the parts picking and label inserting in two seperate steps with a much smaller opening stroke requiremnt.

For non-IML production, the injection robot for LK FORZA two platen injection molding machine would be SWITEK SW7 Series injection robot. which has a paylaod ranging from 5~75kg for injection molding machine 450T ~ 4000T. Would be the best robot for FORZA two platen injection molding machine.
