Hwamda Machinery new high speed injection molding machine HMD 320M8 started up in a 2 gallon pail production project with a welllih servo injection robot to pick out the pail and put on the conveyor.
As the top high speed hydraulic injection molding machine manufactuer in China, HMD 320M8 is a popular high speed injection modling machine among the thin-wall container manufacturers. In this project the Hwamda machine was installed with a Welllih robot to do the picking to provide a turn-key Injection Automation Solutions to the customer.
As an excellent hydraulic injection molding machine, a better application of HMD 320M8 is to have it work in a fast production of thin-wall containers or lids with a SWITEK high speed 3 axis servo injection robot SW7112DS, which is a robot with a payload of 2kg and a drycle time lower to 3.3s; Or in a high speed IML Soutions with SWITEK high speed side entry IML robot SW833-19, which had been well proofed one of the most efficient IML Robot made in China.
