Platen Dimension
Haida achieved the total cycle of 26s in the IML production of 33L bucket with its new HD700U servo injection moldidng machine which is custom made for the IML production of large size buckets and the IML robot SW850 by SWITEK.
With a much larger opening stroke, HD700U is an ideal energy saving servo injection molding machine for the production large size containers which custom made for the booming IML buckets for paints. To better match the new injection molding machine, SWITEK upgraded the side entry IML robot SW850 to provide clients with a perfect Turn-key IML Solutons for paints buckets.
