思為客全新1出12外帶飲料杯蓋取出壓合系統正式安裝投產,該系統的取出機械手為思為客高速三軸伺服注塑機械手SW7112DS。
這款全新設計的杯蓋具有吸管插孔蓋,可以很好的防止在遞送過程中飲料溢出事故。產品一推出就得到了許多品牌餐飲連鎖如漢堡王、星巴克等的大力推崇。本系統可完成蓋子的取出、壓合及堆疊作業。
在思為客高速三軸伺服機械手的全力加持下,本系統的全注塑週期為6.5~7s,主要取決於系統的射出週期。本影片中的注塑機為奧太425T 高速注塑機,根據使用習慣您可以選擇海天的450F、伊之密的PAC430K3、華美達的428M8-SPV、金鷹410T高速注塑機等用於該產品的生產。
