Platen Dimension
Haitian Group New Jupiter Series Two Platen Injection Molding Machine JU2400T Installed In Production of Plastic Pallet with Parts Picked by Heavy Duty Helictro Injection Roobt.
The new project is in production of HDPE plastic pallet of 12kg by Haitian Jupiter two platen injection molding machine JU2400T which is a machine with a clamping force of 2400T at a total cycle of 65s. Reusable and standardized in size, HDPE plastic pallet is a perfect subsitution to the traditional wooden pallet in modern logistic.
In this project Haitian have their own brand Helictro injection robot to do the pallet picking, it's counter part would be SWITEK heavy duty three axis servo inejction robot SW7725DS which has a payload up to 50kg and can serve injection molding machine up to 4000T with the possibility of A/C servo for a more stable placement of the pallet.
