6 Cavities Cups Side Entry IML Solutions

SWITEK new 6 cavities 250ml cups with metallic label is ready for the bulk production of the shinning cups for the branded beverage stores in Thailand.

Different from the other IML system which will have the label static charged by the mandril with static pins built inside, the new 6 cavities cups side entry IML system has an extra static charging ring installed to the robot just outside the mold. It's because of the label for the cups are metallic labels, which is positive to the static and must be static charged from the outside of the label to ensure the metallic labels are well charged.
